Delivery of the full groundworks package including substantial enabling works to divert HV, gas, water and BT from new building line and 10000m3 bulk earthworks. CMC ground improvement, including transfer platform, on mass concrete pad foundations and retaining wall underbuild to two units, 1422m3 attenuation tank over 81m long in poor ground conditions, new surface and foul drainage including remedials to the existing outfalls, 6500m2 concrete service yards, dock levellers and associated retaining walls. New permeable car parks to SUDS compliant specification, heavy duty tarmac access road and tarmac footpaths.
