The project consists of the development of a new warehouse facility in Bordon, Hampshire comprising of c. 100,000ft² of warehouse space with an adjoining c. 37,000ft² 3-storey office building and associated external works.
The building was specifically designed for the incoming tenant, a major distributor of board games. The completed project was delivered to best suit the business service requirements and the products stored and handled by the tenant.
